Monthly or annual

Both are available on the paid plans. Annual billing works out to roughly two months free compared with twelve monthly payments, so it is the cheaper option if you plan to stay. You can switch between them when you change your plan.

Upgrading and downgrading

Plan changes live in Settings, and only an Owner can make them. Upgrading takes effect right away, which is what you want when you have hit a limit. Downgrading applies from your next billing period.

What happens at a limit
If you reach your plan's system or user cap, Veillo will not silently drop anything. It asks you to upgrade before adding more. Your existing register and documents stay exactly as they are.

Invoices and VAT

EU VAT is applied at checkout based on your billing details, and a valid VAT number is handled where the rules allow. Your invoices are available to the Owner in Settings. Billing is a straightforward subscription: no setup fee, no data selling, no hidden consultant upsell.
