Export everything and leave
The point of Veillo is to give you a portable, audit-ready record, not to trap it. Everything you put in, you can take out.

What you can export
- Your register to PDF, from the Export PDF button on the Risk register.
- Each document to PDF and DOCX, from the document screen.
- Your audit log to CSV on the Scale plan, for your own records or an auditor.
You can export at any time while your subscription is active, as often as you like.
Cancelling
An Owner can cancel from Settings. Before you do, export anything you want to keep, since access ends when the subscription does. There is no cancellation fee.
Your data afterward
After you cancel, your data is retained for a limited period and then deleted, and you can ask us to delete it sooner. The specifics, including retention and our sub-processors, are in our Data Processing Agreement and privacy policy. For where your data lives while you are a customer, see where your data is stored.
There is no lock-in beyond the value of keeping everything in one place. If Veillo stops earning its keep, you leave with a complete record.
