Editing, accounts, and review reminders
- Edit an AI system in place: rename it, change its vendor, or change what it's used for, instead of deleting and re-adding it. Changing the use re-runs the classification.
- A personal account area to change your name, email, and password.
- Quarterly review reminders: a due-or-overdue banner, a nudge on the dashboard, and an email to owners when a review comes due.
- Export your whole workspace as one file, or delete it and everything in it, from Settings.

Staff console and the counsel catalog
- A read-only staff console so our team can see account health and structured records. It never shows your document contents, and staff never sign off compliance for you.
- An offline round-trip so counsel can review each tool-and-use classification before it is shown as reviewed.
