Work across multiple entities
If you run more than one legal entity, or you manage compliance for several, you can keep each as its own workspace and switch between them without logging out.

What multi-entity is
Each entity is its own workspace, with its own register, roadmap, documents, and audit log, kept separate so one entity's records never mix with another's. Multi-entity is part of the Scale plan. See plans, billing, and upgrading.
Switching between entities
When your account belongs to more than one workspace, a workspace switcher in the app lets you move between them without signing out. Your role can differ per entity, so you might be an Owner of one and an Auditor of another. See roles and your team.
For consultancies
If you run AI Act compliance for clients, the Consultancy plan adds multi-tenant client workspaces, white-label reports, a client dashboard, and API access. The consultancies page covers how that works.
Veillo's plans compared, monthly vs annual billing, how to upgrade or downgrade, what happens at your limits, and how EU VAT and invoices work.
The five roles in Veillo (Owner, Admin, Editor, Reviewer, Auditor), what each can do, and how to invite teammates or give an external auditor read-only access.
How to export your register, documents, and audit log out of Veillo, how to cancel, and what happens to your data afterward.
