What auto-discovery does
Auto-discovery turns inventory from a memory exercise into something that keeps itself current. It connects to systems you already run and surfaces the AI your team is actually using.

What it does
Most teams adopt AI faster than anyone writes it down. Someone signs up for a tool with a company Google account, another puts a subscription on a Pleo card, and the register falls behind. Auto-discovery connects to your identity provider or expense tool and surfaces those tools, so you build your register from what is actually in use rather than from memory. It is on the Business plan and up.
What it reads, and what it never touches
Connections are read-only and scoped to the minimum needed. From an identity provider, it reads sign-in events and app-authorisation metadata. From an expense tool, it reads transaction descriptions for known AI vendors. It turns those into tool names and counts.
It does not read the contents of emails, files, or messages, and it never asks for write access. Nothing in the systems you connect is changed.
Google Workspace
ConnectedSign-in events and OAuth grants across your Workspace domain.
Pleo
Card transactions to known AI vendors.
It is in private beta
The flow and the review queue are built, and the live connectors to each provider are rolling out. You control exactly which sources you connect and when. If you want early access, tell us which systems you use and we will bring you on as your providers go live. Until then, you can build your register by hand in a few minutes. How to connect Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra, Okta, or an expense tool, what access it asks for, and how to disconnect.
The discovery queue lists AI tools found across your connected sources. How to import the real ones into your register and dismiss the rest.
How to build your risk register with the add-systems wizard: pick tools from the library or add your own, then say what you use each one for.
