Review discovered tools

Discovery surfaces candidates; you decide what counts. The review queue lists each tool with where it was seen and how confident the match is, so you can import the real ones and dismiss the noise.

The review queue

Open Discovery to see what your connected sources found. Each row shows the tool, the source it was seen in, the signal behind it, and a confidence level.

Importing and dismissing

  1. 1
Select the tools that are real

Tick them one by one, or use Select all, or select everything from one source at once.

  2. 2
    Import or dismiss

Import to inventory adds the selected tools to your register, where they are classified like anything else. Dismiss clears the ones that are not real AI use or are duplicates.

  3. 3
    Classify the imports

Imported tools arrive in your register needing a use and, where relevant, a confirmation. See confirm or reclassify a high-risk system.

If something is missing or low-confidence

  • Discovery only sees what your connected sources see. A tool nobody signed into with a connected account, or paid for on a connected card, will not appear. Add it by hand with the add-systems wizard.
  • A low confidence match is a weak signal, like a single transaction. Import it only if you recognise it.
  • Dismissed tools stay dismissed. To check for new tools later, run Sync now on the connection.
