A system is stuck awaiting review
A system that will not leave awaiting review is not a bug. High-risk and prohibited classifications wait for a person to sign off, on purpose.

Why it is waiting
When a system lands as high-risk or prohibited, Veillo does not confirm it for you. It waits for a person to review the reasoning and sign off, so the heaviest classifications are never decided silently. That is the system working as intended, not a stuck state. See how Veillo classifies a system.
How to clear it
Open the Risk register, read the reasoning on the flagged system, and either Confirm it or reclassify it if it does not match how you use the tool. Once confirmed, its duties join your roadmap and it stops asking. Only Owners, Admins, and Editors can do this, so if you have a read-only role, ask one of them. See confirm or reclassify a high-risk system.
