Editing, versioning, and exporting documents
A generated document is a starting point you can edit. Veillo keeps a version each time you finalise a change, and you can export to PDF or DOCX whenever you need.

Editing in the editor
Open a document to edit it in place. The generated text is a draft you shape to your organisation: adjust wording, name the people responsible, and add anything specific to how you operate. Your company details are already filled in from your profile.
How versions work
Each time you finalise a change, Veillo keeps that as a version, so you have a history of what the document said and when. That matters for an audit: you can show the current document and how it has changed over time. Nothing is overwritten silently.
Exporting
Export any document to PDF or DOCX from the document screen, for your records, your lawyer, or an auditor. If your register changes after you generate a document, regenerate it so it stays accurate. See a document no longer matches my register.
Generate a compliance document from your register: pick a template, choose the system if needed, then edit, export to PDF or DOCX, and keep versions.
Generated documents are a snapshot. If you change your register afterward, regenerate the document so it reflects the current systems and details.
